KEVIN NORRIS is really trying to convince viewers of his website that his service is legal and his solicitors are doing everything legally???

Let's look at the facts.

1./ He has not acquired any title legally and his solicitors (Hatton) do not have any right to confirm that Kevin Norris has acquired titles legally. I have found out, time and time again, that he has sold titles that he does not own or have any rights over.

2./ It is a complete fabrication that he has been supported by a senior London barrister. There is no law which gives him a right to acquire a title and there is no law to recreate a title and there is no law which gives him or his solicitors to confirm new rights on a title. Speak to Michael Baxendale's office if you don't believe this. So, again, Kevin Norris's website is grossly misleading.

3./ The Official Gazette Notices have been fraudulently submitted by his solicitors. The Official Gazette Notices are for those titles which hold a complete set of deeds. None of Manorial Counsel Ltd titles hold a legal deed let alone a complete set of deeds.

4./ Six UK registered solicitors. That is a lot of solicitors? Does Kevin Norris think that the more bent solicitors he mentions, the more viewers will think that his titles are legal ???? This article is grossly misleading. There are not six solicitors as six would not be needed. When purchasing instruct your own independent solicitor as you would be foolish to trust any of Manorial Counsels solicitors.

5./ A Statement of Truth????? There is absolutely nothing truthful on his website. His Solicitors (Hatton) are misleading their clients. How can a Statement of Truth be truthful when I can prove he has sold titles which he does not own?

The leading and learned lawyer, Michael Baxendale, who is experienced on manorial law would advise any viewer of the status of Kevin Norris and his company.
