The Gazette
THE GAZETTE
The Gazette is for official notices and the Crown notices of their issuance of titles.
Manorial and Feudal Titles that are registered are supposed to be for those titles which hold a complete set of deeds and NOT titles of 'Quiet Enjoyment' which are in a manorial/feudal name only.
The holder of a title of 'Quiet Enjoyment' does NOT own the lordship. They simply have use of the manorial name and that is only so long as someone else does not come along with a better title.
This is where Manorial Counsel Ltd are going to have a lot of problems. Their problem is that they have never owned any title that they have sold and they do not own any title advertised on their website.
A further problem is that Manorial Counsel's solicitors, Hattons, are complicit in this by registering false titles on The Gazette.
It undermines the validity of those titles which hold a complete set of deeds.
I strongly suggest anyone who has purchased a title from Manorial Counsel Ltd to seek the advice of an independent solicitor as reports are being prepared to shut the company down and get the Gazette to remove every notice that Hattons has registered.
Hatton Solicitors should know better than to be involved in this fraudulent activity.
