This is a fake title sold by Manorial Counsel Ltd.

The holder detailed in the notice below only holds a novelty title as Manorial Counsel ltd did not own any rights whatsoever to acquire or sell this title. The holder has an invalid title and should seek the advice of a lawyer knowledgeable in manorial law.

I have uncovered thousands of manuscripts in National Archives that prove that most titles sold by manorial counsel ltd and nobility below to other people.  

No clients of either Manorial Counsel ltd or Nobility own a title. They have all been ripped off.  Manorial Counsel Ltd solicitors are complicit in the scam of selling titles as genuine, when they are of novelty value only and fraudulently submitting notices on the Official Gazette.  This is criminal behaviour.
