This is yet another fraudulent entry on Wikipedia by Kevin Norris and completely wrong. There are no lawful rights to the earldom. No learned authority with the realm. What he really is referring to is his own company and the learned authority ???? Which it is not. The leading authority is the Manorial Society of Great Britain and the leading learned lawyer is Michael Baxendale.

So, both the entry on Wikipedia and the notice on the Gazette have been submitted fraudulently
