Fraudulent entry of a manorial title on Wikipedia
This title Manorial Counsel did not own to sell and it is a possessory title of Quiet Enjoyment and the 'so called holder' does not possess a complete set of deeds.
Yet again a fraudulent entry by Hatton solicitors

As you can see from the screenshot of the Wikipedia entry this fake 'Sir' Paul Guppy says that he is the grandson of Anne may Downing who was a direct descendent of Edward Downing.  The problem is that there were never any previous holders of the Manor of Caldecote in the parish of Newport Pagnell with that name. The title remains with the family of the late Henry William Whiting who had purchased the title in 1908.

PROOF THAT THIS FAKE 'SIR' PAUL GUPPY DOES NOT HOLD A VALID TITLE.  THE WIKIPEDIA ENTRY IS ALL FALSE. MANORIAL COUNSEL LTD AND HATTONS SOLICITORS SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.
