Misleading Article 2

This article detailed on their website is misleading the viewer on several points.

  • Their Solicitors (Hatton) are family solicitors and not competent in manorial law. As Manorial Counsel ltd does not own any title it has for sale on its website ( and they would not be able to prove ownership in a court of law), their solicitors have no legal right to confirm the titles.

  • The solicitors are all based in the same office of Hatton. They are only confirming the right to use a manorial name under 'Quiet Enjoyment' the purchaser does not own a lordship or barony.

  • The public notice in the Gazette is placed fraudulently by Hatton solicitors because of two primary reasons. 1./ Manorial Counsel Ltd does not own the title and therefore has no right to sell it.  2./ The Gazette is for those titles which hold a complete set of deeds and not those in name only.

  •  They do not own any title. All they do is look for dormant titles, assume ownership and put that title on their website and call it legally their own. That is criminal behaviour and Manorial Counsel should be investigated by the police and their solicitors (Hatton) investigated by the law society.
